
About Our Village
Ballito Fitness Village was established in 2019, originally known as Crossfit Ballito. Since then, we have grown into a multi-functional gym and have incorporated CrossFit, HYROX, Strength & Stretch and Pilates. We are still home to Crossfit Ballito, we just added a few siblings to the family - hence our 'village'. Our goal is to give our members a space where they can enjoy all aspects of fitness, have a refreshing shower, get some work done and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and post workout meal - all in one space. Basically, we never want you to leave.
Our Classes
CrossFit
Our signature class and the heart of our community. CrossFit combines strength training, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movement into constantly varied workouts that keep things exciting and effective. Expect to lift, run, jump, sweat, laugh, and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of. Every workout is scalable, so whether you’re brand new or highly competitive, you’ll be challenged at the right level while training alongside an incredibly supportive crew.
HYROX
Race-style fitness meets structured performance training. HYROX classes blend running with functional strength and engine-building workouts designed to improve endurance, power, and grit. You’ll push sleds, carry heavy objects, tackle intervals, and build the stamina to keep moving when things get tough. Perfect for anyone who loves a challenge, enjoys measurable progress, or wants to train for HYROX events or next-level conditioning.
Strength & Stretch
The perfect balance to high-intensity training. This class focuses on building deep core strength, improving mobility, enhancing posture, and helping your body recover and move better. Expect controlled, low-impact strength work combined with targeted stretching and stability exercises. You’ll leave feeling longer, stronger, more mobile, and ready to perform better in both training and daily life.
